Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Rex Home India collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have — including when you contact us on WhatsApp.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
01Who we are
Rex Home India ("Rex Home India", "we", "us" or "our") is an independent, family-run real estate developer based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We develop and sell residential apartments, commercial spaces and plots, including our flagship studio apartment project, Sapphire.
This policy applies to this website, to enquiries you send us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and to any information you share with us during a site visit or booking process. We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here.
02Information we collect
We only collect information that helps us answer your enquiry and complete a property transaction. Specifically:
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Enquiry details — the project or property type you're interested in, your budget range, preferred location within Jaipur, timelines, and any questions you send us.
- Messages — the content of your WhatsApp chats, emails, web-form submissions and call notes.
- Transaction and compliance documents — if you proceed towards a booking, the identity, address and financial documents required by law for property registration, RERA compliance and home-loan processing.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics we use.
- Advertising interaction data — if you reach us by clicking an advertisement, the ad platform may tell us which campaign referred you.
We never ask for passwords, OTPs, card numbers, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials over WhatsApp, phone or email. If anyone claiming to represent Rex Home India asks for these, do not share them — contact us directly using the details in section 14.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and share pricing, floor plans, availability and brochures.
- Arrange and confirm site visits and appointments.
- Send you project updates, offers and launch information — where you have opted in to receive them.
- Process a booking, allotment, registration or handover, and support you with loan documentation.
- Meet our legal, regulatory, RERA and tax obligations, and maintain required records.
- Improve our website, our projects and the quality of our service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to third-party marketers.
04WhatsApp communications
WhatsApp is our primary channel for enquiries. When you message us — or tap a "Enquire on WhatsApp" button on this website, or click a WhatsApp advertisement — you begin a conversation with our official WhatsApp Business account.
- We receive your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the messages, images or documents you send us.
- We use a licensed WhatsApp Business Solution Provider to manage these conversations. Messages are transmitted through WhatsApp's own infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy, in addition to this one.
- We may send you service messages relating to your enquiry (for example, a site-visit confirmation), and — only with your opt-in consent — marketing messages about new launches, offers and project updates.
- You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP in the chat, by telling our team you wish to opt out, or by blocking the number. We will action opt-outs promptly.
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop essential messages relating to an active booking or transaction you have with us, which we may still need to send.
05Consent & legal basis
We process your personal information on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us or opt in to receive updates, and where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, and may mean we can no longer assist you with an ongoing enquiry.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. Where a transaction takes place, we retain records for as long as required under applicable property, accounting, RERA and tax law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 9.
08Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — access controls, limiting data to the team members who need it, encrypted transmission over HTTPS, and reputable service providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will act promptly and notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.
09Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent or opt out of marketing messages on any channel.
- Complain if you believe your information has been mishandled.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
11Third-party links
Our website and messages may link to other sites and services — for example WhatsApp, a bank's loan page, or a mapping service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We recommend reading their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
12Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
